Maninder Singh Dhir is the inner strength of Arvind Kejriwal.

That was the mistake of Congress and BJP. They let the speaker post to Arvind Kejriwal's team.

Maninder Singh Dhir still has the constitutional power.
Maninder Singh Dhir still has the constitutional authority for Delhi Assembly.

Even today, Maninder Singh Dhir could convene Delhi Assembly.

Let the Lieutenant Governor could be the Chief Executive.
But, the Governor could not stop the MLAs function in the Assembly.
Let MLA discuss the problem of the people of Delhi.

Arvind Kejriwal did a mistake of resigning the Chief Minister post.
It is a mistake; it is not any thing against the constitution.
So, the god, still give Arvind Kejriwal a strong rope to come out of the current chaos.
That rope is, Maninder Singh Dhir.

Keeping the state Assembly in suspension is a mistake of Congress. And let it continue in suspension is the mistake of BJP.

Now, Arvind Kejriwal is an advantage position.

Let the MLAs function as people representatives in the state assembly.

Nobody could stop the speaker from convening the state legislative assembly.

So, challenge the constitution.
The constitution gets a life only when it is challenged.
Then it functions as a living document.
Otherwise it is a dead document.
