Leadership crisis in Pakistan

Blood, Toil, Tears and Sweat
On May 10, 1940, Winston Churchill became Prime Minister. When he met his Cabinet on May 13 he told them that "I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat." He repeated that phrase later in the day when he asked the House of Commons for a vote of confidence in his new all-party government. The response of Labour was heart-warming; the Conservative reaction was luke-warm. They still really wanted Neville Chamberlain. For the first time, the people had hope but Churchill commented to General Ismay: "Poor people, poor people. They trust me, and I can give them nothing but disaster for quite a long time."

The nation doesn't need a leader, if there is no crisis. When there is no crisis, politicians could effectively manage the government. That is what has been happening in Pakistan till now. Only crisis demands leadership.

As a politician, Winston Churchill was a total failure. Stanley Baldwin is the best and the most successful politician. Churchill was about to retire from politics. But in 1940, the Europe was in a serious crisis. So, people asked Churchill to become the Prime Minister.

Even now, there is no crisis in Pakistan. So, there is no need for great leadership in Pakistan.

Crisis is not there; but, opportunities are plenty. Innovative opportunities are available in plenty.

As soon as Imran Khan becomes the Prime Minister or the Executive President of Pakistan, all business leaders would visit Pakistan.

The Twitter and Facebook executives would be the first ones to meet with Imran Khan.

English. Again, the English; not just any ordinary English; the best grammer; Wren-and-Martin-English-Grammar.

That is the huge asset of Pakistan. Human resources with very high quality education on language, arts, science and technology; great demand.

And the world is looking at the 100 million population of Pakistan. Huge market for international business organizations.

Opportunities are there; but it will take time.

Let us assume Imran Khan take charge this week; it will take next five decades to develop Pakistan to a good living place.

Right now, Pakistan has a tremendous opportunities for growth; opportunities need great leadership; Imran Khan is there to lead.

Almost all the world political leaders are preparing themselves to work with Imran Khan; all international business communities are preparing themselves to work with Imran Khan.

In Pakistan, the military respects the leadership of Imran Khan; the Supreme Court supports Imran Khan; the Parliamentarians support Imran Khan.

In fact, Imran Khan, along with him, he lifts the entire team of politicians and parliamentarians. Because of Imran Khan, the world now get to know the name of many politicians of Pakistan.

Not only the educated; even the street kids support Imran Khan.

Even if he says: "I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat. Poor people, poor people. They trust me, and I can give them nothing but disaster for quite a long time."

People of Pakistan would enjoy the leadership of Imran Khan.

Developing Pakistan is not an easy task. It is an uphill task. With the leadership of Imran Khan, people would work together and develop their nation.

So, not just crisis; even opportunities demand leadership.
