Different US Governments

“I did raise the snooping issue with Mr. Kerry,” Ms. Swaraj told presspersons at a joint press conference. “I told him that people in India were angry. I told him that since we are friendly nations, it is not acceptable to us.”

In reply, Mr. Kerry said, “We do not discuss intelligence matters in public. We value our relationship with India. President [Barack] Obama has undertaken a unique and unprecedented review of our intelligence.”Ms. Swaraj said India and the U.S. had now hit a “new level” in their relationship.
_____________________________________________________

Thank Goodness, John Kerry didn't become the President of United States.

John Kerry's visit to India is a total failure.

Historically, people of India loved John F. Kennedy.
But, John Kerry; no good.

John Kerry managed to memorize hindi words;
sab ka saath; sab ka vikas.

Perhaps Advani and others may tell you the meaning of that slogan.
It is all; sab ka  saath; apna ka vikas.

Let all work for the development of Narendra Modi & Amit Shah.
__________________________________________________________

This snooping story will create storm in both Indian Parliament & US Congress.

What intelligence. The story is out because of your bad intelligence.

So, US Government do snoop; they snoop enemy nations; they snoop friendly nations; also they snoop their own people too.

What is the annual budget for all these snooping. Does US Congress authorize the snooping policy? Does US Congress approve the budget?

Many in United States are living a life with unemployment benefit money; others work hard and pay the tax; and you invest those tax money on snooping all over the world. Even that snooping, you couldn't do it right; got caught in the act; now, you don't want to discuss in the public.

Here in India, Rajnath Singh said in the parliament, there is no snooping. Was it a lie?
How could Sushma go in public and make that statement in front of global media?
Sushma should have said this in the Parliament first.

sab ka saath; sab ka satyanash

 Different US Governments

In perhaps the first explanation of the US denial of visa for Narendra Modi, the Obama Administration on Thursday said the decision was taken by the “previous” government.

“It’s a very big deal. Different government, it’s a different government now. Just like it is here. We will welcome Prime Minister Modi.

“He is going to get a welcome. Of course, he will get a visa. No question whatsoever. And we look forward to a terrific meeting with President Obama in September,” Secretary of State John Kerry told NDTV.

He was replying to a question whether the refusal of visa (by the Bush administration) was a mistake as the US government has done a complete turn around now.

Kerry said there was no gain in discussing the past. “We are going forward. I don’t spend my time going backward in politics or who made what decision. What I try to do is solve current issues and Penny (Commerce Secretary) and I are here not to look backward but to look forward.”

Modi was denied US visa after the 2002 post-Godhra riots under the provisions of a US law in connection with the killing of a large number of people under his watch as chief minister.

Replying to questions, Kerry said the US would support India becoming a member of the Nuclear Suppliers Group and also the UN Security Council.
______________________________________________

John Kerry met Arun Jetley.
John Kerry met Sushma Swaraj.
John Kerry met NSA.
John Kerry met Prannoy Roy.

John, this is the fundamental principle of democracy.

When a baby is born in United States, immediately, that baby becomes a part of;
We, the people of United States of America.

Whether the baby likes it or not, immediately that baby is associated with 300 years of history of the nation. That baby could feel proud of the achievements and also feel the burden of the failures.

The fact, there has been only one government.
There has been only one US Government.
It is like a tree.
The tree may be 300 years old.
But it is a single tree.
Watering the tree; may be different person in different period.

Since George Washington, till now, Barack Obama - it is a single US Government.

We, the people of United States of America could feel proud their victory in World War; could feel proud of their achievements of sending men to moon. They also could feel the burden of previous presidents.

In a free nation, you are free to blame George Bush for Iraq war; even that war, US Congress authorized the war. So it has always been, sab ka saath.

So, John, you are a total failure.
When Sushma could challenge you in front of the global media; why can't you speak the truth.

John, are you going to suggest US Congress to pass a resolution; expressing apology to India and personally to Narendra Modi for denying visa.

Denying a visa to an individual is based on fact; fact is law; law is constitution.

So, when you visit a foreign country as Secretary of State of United States, you cannot say; that was different government. Your statement is against the constitution of United States.

You may get confused. Who is from BJP.
Somehow, these Americans attach so much value to all your election slogan and election tamasha.

In fact, except Uma Bharati, no body in BJP or RSS wears Saffron.
The Secretary of Commerce thought that she could win a $500 billion business if she wears Saffron dress.

About Hillary Clinton; Prannoy Roy, it is not India. Either Sonia or Rahul or Advani or Modi only could become the Prime Minister.

It is United States. Not just Hillary, the lady sitting in front of you could become the President of United States; yes, that saffron dress lady could become the President of United States.

There are plenty of options; with social media; with Narendra Modi way; now, there are many candidates for the Presidential election.

If you are particular with woman candidate,  Mitchel Obama could become the President.
Sarah Palin is one of the potential candidate. Nowadays, all CEO are open for politics.
Hewlett Packard CEO, e-bay CEO, Facebook Sheryl Sandberg is very serious candidate.

In the recent interview at NDTV, the girl was suggesting Hillary Clinton to Facebook Sheryl. But Shreyl was suggesting that it was open for all.

So, you don't arrive at your own conclusion and ask the question; will Hillary Clinton be the best President. Keep your senses open. When you come to a conclusion, your senses are then closed.
_________________________________________

WTO; John Kerry couldn't convince India.

For a question about conflict in Gaza; no good response.

In this Twitter era, John Kerry said, he got no information about bombing in school in Gaza.

Once again, thank goodness, John Kerry couldn't become the President of United States.

General Observation

Eid Mubarak from Sushma
Sushma was the first one to wish; Sushma's wish was short and sweet. There is no politics; no religious sentiments; no risk at all. It is a simple wish from a leader of a great nation.

It demonstrates Sushma's courage; responsibility and great leadership qualities.

Greetings to all on the occasion of Eid. I wish for happiness, peace and prosperity in the country on this...

Rajnath Singh just followed Sushma. You could verify the sequence with Twitter timestamp. Rajnath Singh has no reservations against Muslims; but hesitant; try to play safe; avoid confrontation.

Greetings on Eid-ul-Fitr. May this auspicious day strengthen the bond of peace, unity & brotherhood across our Nation.

Narendra Modi (Twitter timestamp) sent the message, after seeing from Sushma and Rajnath Singh.

As a Chief Executive of India, Narendra Modi has greater responsibility to wish fellow citizens of India.

As a emerging global leader, Narendra Modi could have crossed the border and wish Nawas Sherif, people of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangala Desh.

Narendra Modi could have taken this opportunity to thank those soldiers of Islam in Iraq for releasing Indians safely.

It demonstrates that Narendra Modi is an effective manager; but not a leader.

No Wish.

What you see is what you get.

No duality.

Inner is outer.

Nothing superficial; no pretending.
Real. true. this is the best

Mother Ganga

It is not a one time project. It is a life time project. As long as earth survives, Ganga flows. As long as Ganga flows, this project survives.

Rajiv Gandhi took it as a one time effort. That was a mistake.

So, there should be a life time commitment from the people of India for Mother Ganga. Not only people of India; but also from people of the entire world. Then take it as global initiative to maintain River Ganga.

Crores and crores of rupees had been invested; but it all had gone waste. It might have provided temporary relief; but not a permanent cure.

So, just allocating a huge budget cannot guarantee an effective result.

So, before investing any money and resources, you need to study with a fresh perspective.

When you go to a doctor for any health problems; the doctor doesn't start the surgery immediately; first the doctore studies and tries to understand the problem; before starting any treatment.

So, we need to study the problem first.
To study, we need data and information.

So, we need to collect data; data acquisition from various points along the path of the river.

Data Acquisitions have to happen from various points such as:

  • Gangotri
  • Rishikesh
  • Haridwar
  • Bithoor
  • Kanpur
  • Allahabad
  • Varanasi
  • Patna
  • Calcutta
Data Acquisitions have to happen on real time.
These Data Acquisition Devices could collect information such as:
  • Rate of flow of water
  • Volume of flow
  • contamination information
  • chromium
  • and other toxic contamination
  • visual information via video camera
Nowadays, these devices are available in small packages;
powered by solar & wind;
self-powered and
standalone.

These devices could communicate via Wi-Fi & 4G. These devices could transfer the accumulated data to a server in the Cloud.

For remote locations; these devices could collect data information and store it locally.
Once in a day or in a week, someone could go there and download collected data from these devices and then upload to the cloud server.

Nowadays, drones are available. Once in a day, a drone could go around thee data acquisition centers and collect information.

So, scientists, environmentalists, political leaders and common people could have access to all these information on real time over web; and mobile.

So, we need to invest on real time data acquisition along the path of River Ganga.

With this investment, we may not have cleaned Mother Ganga a bit; but we are preparing the ground for life time treatment for Mother Ganga.

Once the data starts flowing on real time; many scientists and wonderful human beings from all around the world starts contributing their skills; wealth; time and other resources.

Then we could clearly see, which point the river Ganga is getting polluted more; who is responsible for this pollution and we could have them accountable for their cause.

Now, we cannot have anybody accountable for any thing.

Without understanding the current situation, whatever money you invest, may not be appreciated.

For instance, if you measure; there are 100 dirty plastic bags. Then you remove 60 of them; people could see the improvement.

If you don't measure and provide them the current situation, even if you remove 90 of them; people will not appriciate your efforts; and people will point out those remaining dirty plastic bags.

So, real time data acquisition from various points along the path of River Ganga is the first step.

Post-acquisition data processing

for the screening of transformation products of

different organic contaminants.

Two-year monitoring of river water using

LC-ESI-QTOF-MS and GCxGC-EI-TOF-MS

This study describes a comprehensive strategy for detecting and elucidating the chemical structures of expected and unexpected transformation products (TPs) from chemicals found in river water and effluent wastewater samples, using liquid chromatography coupled to electrospray ionization quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometer (LC-ESI-QTOF-MS), with post-acquisition data processing and an automated search using an in-house database.

The efficacy of the mass defect filtering (MDF) approach to screen metabolites from common biotransformation pathways was tested, and it was shown to be sufficiently sensitive and applicable for detecting metabolites in environmental samples.

Four omeprazole metabolites and two venlafaxine metabolites were identified in river water samples.

This paper reports the analytical results obtained during 2 years of monitoring, carried out at eight sampling points along the Henares River (Spain).

Multiresidue monitoring, for targeted analysis, includes a group of 122 chemicals, amongst which are pharmaceuticals, personal care products, pesticides and PAHs.

For this purpose, two analytical methods were used based on direct injection with a LC-ESI-QTOF-MS system and stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) with bi-dimensional gas chromatography coupled with a time-of-flight spectrometer (GCxGC-EI-TOF-MS).

So, any work on Mother Ganga is worship. Let us begin the journey now.

मोदी सरकार से मेरी सरकार

My Gov

A few months back, it started with Modi Sarkar; now it has become Meri Sarkar.

Narendra Modi had invested more than one year for his One Mission:
that was, NaMo for PM 2014

That mission has accomplished.
But, Narendra Modi and his team had not invested any resources, time and energy about running the Central Government in India.

Similar pattern of events happened to Barack Obama too.
In his campaign, Barack Obama said, Yes, We Can.
Then, as the President, Barack Obama said, No, We Can't.

The President of United States is all about leadership.
Persons with leadership qualities don't get energy from outside.
Leadership is all about Sun, Volcano.
Sun generates so much energy from inside.
Nobody needs to hold the Sun high.

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi has the great leadership qualities.
Gandhi got his energy from within; not from the people around him; or from the mass.
The energy flows from within, Gandhi communicated to the mass effectively.
Freedom struggle was a movement; it was not a static propaganda.

Gandhi understood the strength of his people; strength of the British; and then choose the right tool.
Salt was a brilliant idea. Salt shook the base of the British empire.

Both Barack Obama and Narendra Modi are very effective in election campaigning; but not leading the nation. During campaign, they got their energy from the general public. So, the energy is not flowing from within; they seek energy from outside.

So, even after the election was over, they used to continue with their campaigning strategy.
On day to day basis, they want to interact with the common public.
For this interaction, they initially depended on Facebook and Twitter.
But soon, they saw the limitations and disadvantages of Facebook and Twitter.

Then Barack Obama built a wonderful website for public interaction.
In fact, in the initial stage, Barack Obama had a full support from Google technical team.
Google could build web applications for Barack Obama in no time.
Yes. all was well. Common people were throwing out so many innovative ideas.
But then, Barack Obama had to go to Congress to authorize his plans.

So, all these My Gov cannot replace the Parliament.
Barack Obama doesn't want to meet with Senators.
Narendra Modi doesn't want to meet with Parliamentarians.

All these My Gov is unconstitutional.
You need to have discussions in the parliament and only parliament could make decisions.
My Gov has not authority to make any decisions.

Could we have a portal such as, My Court.
Could you ask common people to discuss about judicial cases.

Jayalalitha, Chief Minister of Tamilnadu tries to transform the Legislative Branch.
Jayalalitha never tries to replace the State Assembly with something else.

Both Indian Parliament and United States Congress have their own problems.
Try to understand those problems and fix them.
Don't attempt to replace these institutions with a web site.
It will be a waste of energy.

Soon, there will be a Public Interest Litigation seeking for information about the authority, responsibility and accountability of these My Gov web sites. Then, why do we need to conduct parliament elections; why people elect 543 MPs.

If those 543 MPs have no job, then could we dissolve the parliament and run the government with web sites; Facebook and Twitter.

In fact, there is no constitutional need to provide a report to the public about government performance after 30 days; after 50 days; after 100 days. But, somehow, these event-managers got into that habit. It has become a trap for them.

People do wait for five years and in the next election, people will give their approval or disapproval based on your performances; so, there is no need for any report for now.

अच्छे दिन आ गए हैं

Bhagwant Mann, MP from Punjab, last week used satire to critique Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's budget, dwelling on the "Achche Din (good days)" slogan used by the ruling BJP during its election campaign.

In a bright yellow turban, he repeatedly asked when good times would arrive, what with fuel prices and railway fares going up.

His jokes spared none. "The Congress has achieved the impossible feat of securing fewer seats than Delhi's soaring summer temperature," he said.

The 42-year-old became a household name as part of a comedy-based reality show. This year, he won the Lok Sabha polls from Sangrur with a record margin of two lakh votes.

अच्छे दिन आ गए हैं
Yes. For India, good days have come.

Wonderful parliamentarians like you; that shows that good days have already come for India.

Bhagwant Mann, your speeches are excellent and very effective.
It shows that before you go to the parliament,
you have done a lot of home work, notes and preparations.

543 is just a number of seats in the parliament.
But, Bhagwant Mann goes beyond these numbers.

Already you have generated a lot of hope in the democracy institution.
And you are not delivering a boring address like the one was delivered by the President in the parliament. Your speeches are very interesting. Even other parliamentarians listen to you with interest and enthusiasm.

Outside the parliament, you have fans growing day by day.
Even from far south, people from Madurai are listening to you.

As a parliamentarian, you make policy decisions for the entire nation.
So, when you get time, go around the country and learn about the whole India.

Yes. अच्छे दिन आ गए हैं

Fund Raising President

Ro Khanna

On April 2, 2013, Khanna announced that he will challenge Mike Honda in California's 17th congressional district in the 2014 elections. Khanna has assembled a campaign team composed of top members of President Obama's re-election team, including Jeremy Bird, Obama's 2012 national field director, and Steve Spinner, one of Obama's top-three fundraisers.

Khanna has been backed by executives at Google, Facebook, Yahoo and other tech companies, and by the editorial boards of the San Jose Mercury News, the San Francisco Chronicle, the Oakland Tribune,  and the Contra Costa Times.

A lawsuit was filed before Sacramento county Superior Court, alleging Khanna had recruited candidates to enter the race as Republicans to split the Republican vote three ways, effectively diluting votes that would otherwise be cast in favor of Vanila Singh. On March 28, 2014, the Court disqualified one of the candidates, but did not find Khanna responsible in connection with the disqualification.

“In the operating room, doctors must quickly make life and death decisions working together in the best interest of their patients. We need a similar approach in Congress. Let's put aside petty politics and work together to support job creation, improve healthcare, and restore fiscal responsibility - in the best interest of the people.” - Vanila Singh, MD.

Dr. Vanila Singh is a Professor and Physician at Stanford University, who has always prioritized the well being of others in her community. Vanila is ready to bring her real world experience as doctor, parent, and community leader to Congress to help make a difference for middle class families in California.

Democratic donors who were invited to the San Francisco event, at the Four Seasons Hotel on Market Street, said they had initially been asked to donate as much as $25,000 to sit down with Obama. One who balked at the price said organizers had offered a cut-rate deal of as little as $5,000.

"Five-thousand dollars to sit down with the president for an hour? That's usually what it costs for a photo of you and your whole family" with Obama, said the invitee, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Obama is turning again and again to the Bay Area to raise money - his last visit was less than three months ago - in part because of a U.S. Supreme Court decision striking down limits on donors' overall campaign contributions, Democratic insiders said.

Once Google, Facebook, Cisco and others offered tools for political leaders. They provided fund for favorite political leaders and used to stay away from politics.

But, not any more. Google, Facebook, Cisco and others play active role in politics. They decide who needs to go to Congress and who goes to White House.

Earlier, when a CEO retires, he or she started a foundation; used to go around the world; and support development of education and health.

Nowadays, when a CEO retires, she or he wants to go to Washington.

Entire team from Silicon Valley is getting ready to go to Washington.
Just like in India, a team from Gujarat went to Delhi.

Great Britain.

Once it was great; then it lost all its greatness and now it is Ordinary Britain.

In 1940, Winston Churchill took Great Britain to war and got the victory.
In 1945, Winston Churchill lost the general election.
In 1945, Clement Attlee came to power.

Clement Attlee lost the greatness of the Britain and brought down to an ordinary level.

Now, United States of America has been going through the same cycle.
Between 2000 - 2008, George Bush took USA to many wars.
Since 2008, Barack Obama has been in power.

In Barack Obama's presidency, United States of America is losing its greatness.
________________________________________________________________

In Ukraine, a civil flight was shot.
In Gaza, everything is burning.
In Iraq, so much of chaos and confusion.

Here, the President is busy in Fund Raising for a fellow democrat, Mike Honda.
Mike Honda is a traditional politician.
Ro Khanna is now challenging Mike Honda.
Ro Khanna is not only challenging Mike Honda; but also Barack Obama.

The truth is, Google, Facebook, Cisco and others are challenging all the traditional politicians.

When Eric Schmidt, Sheryl Sandberg and John Chambers go to Washington, there will be a lot of openings in the Silicon Valley for senior leadership positions.

Perhaps, all those political leaders of Washington could apply for the top executive postions here in the Bay Area. In 2016, Barack Obama may be the CEO of Google. Let them enjoy Sunny California.

Advani stands alone

The BJP did not issue a formal statement condemning the allegations against Shiv Sena.

LK Advani was the only leader to comment on the controversy.

 “It was wrong,” he said.

It's your country.
It's your life.

We, all came alone into this world.
We, all will go alone out from this world.

You have nothing to lose.
So, without any fear; you're free to speak the truth.

You could be the model for the future parliamentarian.
Be a model for the Legislative Branch; not only for India; but for the world.

Mohandas Karamchand walked alone.

Let this 'forced feeding' be the beginning.

Here is oath you have made as a Member of the Parliament.

I, Lal Kishan Advani., having been elected a member of the House of the People do swear in the name of God that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established, that I will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India and that I will faithfully discharge the duty of a parliamentarian without fear or favor, affection or ill-will.

So, have no fear about Narendra Modi;
have no favor towards Shiv Sena;
have no affection for the post of Prime Minister;
have no ill-will towards other parliamentarians.

Speak the truth; let your parliament speech be the text book for future politicians, all around the world.

Experiment with truth; that is living; that is life.

Prime Minister would go any time

Markandey Katju’s version is that the DMK MP met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at the airport when he was about to leave for New York, and told him that his government would go by the time he returned home if the judge’s appointment was not cleared.

Any government;
any Prime Minister;
any Cabinet Ministers;
any Governor;
any Chief Minister;
so, any one from the Executive Branch would go home on any day, at any time.

That is the very important fact of this incidence.

Even single party doesn't guarantee stability.

Single party means many factions.
Anyone from any faction could say: are you going abroad?
go. by the time, you come back, there will be new person in your position.

It will be worst in the next decade, if we don't fix this stability issue.

Governors have already started going home.
Congress Chief Ministers will go home soon.
Very soon, ineffective cabinet ministers would go home.
Then the dissident group would gain strength and challenge the Prime Minister.

At least, the five years term need to be guaranteed.

Had Manmohan Singh had the stability like Obama, then there was no need for Manmohan Singh to yield to the pressures from others.

Presidents & Prime Ministers of BRICS

Brazil:  The President of Brazil is both head of state and head of government of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The president leads the executive branch of the federal government and is the commander-in-chief of the Brazilian Armed Forces. The presidential system was established in 1889. The Brazilian constitution of 1988, along with several constitutional amendments, establishes the requirements, powers, and responsibilities of the president, as well as the term of office and method of election.

As a republic with a presidential executive, Brazil grants significant powers to the president. He or she effectively controls the executive branch, represents the country abroad, and appoints the cabinet and, with the approval of the Senate, the judges for the Supreme Federal Tribunal. The president is also the commander-in-chief of the armed forces.

Brazil political system is very close to United States Constitution.

Russia: The President of the Russian Federation is the head of state, Supreme Commander-in-chief and holder of the highest office within the Russian Federation. However, the President is not the head of the executive branch. The Government of Russia is the highest organ of executive power. The current president of Russia is Vladimir Putin

In Russia, Vladimir Putin is the King.

India: It's time for constitutional amendments. India needs to get rid of the Prime Minister and go for the Executive President system. Right now, Narendra Modi has all the numbers required for any constitutional amendments.

China: The President of the People's Republic of China (PRC) is the titular head of state of China. The presidency is a largely ceremonial office, with limited powers, though the President typically holds additional offices simultaneously and is the paramount leader of the country. It is classified as a state organ rather than an administrative post.

The office was first established in the PRC Constitution of 1954. It was abolished under the Constitution of 1975, then reinstated in the Constitution of 1982, but with reduced powers. The official PRC translation of the title was originally 'State Chairman'; after 1982, it was changed to 'President'.

The current President is Xi Jinping, who also holds the positions of General Secretary of the Communist Party of China and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, making him China's paramount leader.

South Africa: The Republic of South Africa is a parliamentary representative democratic republic. The President of South Africa, serves both as head of state and as head of government - in the same manner as prime ministers of other nations, the President is elected by the National Assembly (the lower house of the South African Parliament) and must enjoy the confidence of the Assembly in order to remain in office. South Africans also elect provincial legislatures which govern each of the country's nine provinces.

South Africa constitution is no good; same instability of any Prime Minister.

आम आदमी goes IPO

आम आदमी goes IPO
For this generation, you need to talk in their language.

Nowadays, the younger generation are very clever and smart. You cannot see innocence. Somehow, at school; at home; cinema; television; art; culture; even in religion; everything is commercial.

That is how, Narendra Modi bought the youth and their votes.

Did they look at the character or leadership qualities of Narendra Modi? No.

They look at the Gujarat model of development and they wanted the same for their state; so they voted.

Had Narendra Modi deliver a speech like Winston Churchill;

"I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat."

"Poor people, poor people. They trust me, and I can give them nothing but disaster for quite a long time."

Had Narendra Modi or for that matter any leader has ever said like Winston Churchill, people would have responded in the same way:

"Oh, then we also have nothing to offer you. No Vote to you."

This is not just in India. This is a global perspective in 2014.

So, for this time period, all you need to do is; hire a commercial advertisement agency for your political career. In today's market, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi would have been a total failure.

So, you need to communicate in commercial language to this generation people.

Look, Congress was the past;
BJP is the present;
AAP is the future.

AAP is like a start-up company. If we could build a good viable product, we will soon go IPO.

Delhi is our MVP.
You may wonder, what is MVP; MVP is an acronym for Minimum Viable Product.

Delhi election was our beta version; yes, we failed.
You know, it is better to fail in the beta stage.
It will be dangerous, if we fail at the full fledged production stage.

The choice is yours.

Both Congress & BJP are well established company.
If you join in those companies, you will have a job security; standard market salary; paid time off; regular perks and bonuses.
No risk. Yearly promotion.
Remember there are so many old people are waiting for promotion.
Once you become old, you may get your chance.

AAP is like a start-up company.
In fact, it is a platform like, Hacker Do Jo

If you have an innovative idea, you could practice it.
If it works, we will adopt it.

In AAP, everything is voluntary.
We don't have any fixed hierarchy.
It is an experiment.

Even Edison has so many failures, before inventing the electric bulb.

In AAP, the growth is in your hands.

BJP & Congress has huge burden of old ideas and old tradition.
In fact, BJP may be renamed to old tradition name; Jan Sangh.
If Subramaniam Swamy agrees, BJP may be named as, Janata Party.
RSS is century old tradition.
It is only, now they see the light at the end of the tunnel.
So, the current BJP has to honor their old soldiers.
Without them, BJP could not have reached this height.

AAP is fresh. We don't have the burden of RSS or any other freedom fighters.

In AAP, even Governors will be of age in their 40 or 50 at the max.

So, the choice is yours.
In AAP, you could become anyone from the list:

  • MLA
  • MP
  • Chief Minister
  • Governor
  • State Cabinet Ministers
  • Prime Minister of India
  • Deputy Prime Minister
  • Cabinet Ministers
  • President of India
  • Vice President of India
We invite applications for the all above postions. Based on your qualification, we will offer training and  help you to reach those positions.

So, invest your time & energy in AAP.
Together, let us all grow as a team and transform the politics in India.

So, आम आदमी goes IPO soon.

Disqualify Ashok Chavan

EC slaps notice on Ashok Chavan over paid news

In first of its kind order with far reaching implications, the Election Commission has asked senior Congress leader and former Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Shankarrao Chavan to respond as to why he should not be disqualified under section 10A of Representation of People Act, 1951.

Section of 10A RPA on `Disqualification for failure to lodge account of election expenses’ says, “If the Election Commission is satisfied that a person—a) has failed to lodge an account of election expenses within the time and in the manner required by or under this Act; and (b) has no good reason or justification for the failure, the Election Commission shall, by order published in the Official Gazette, declare him to be disqualified and any such person shall be disqualified for a period of three years from the date of the order.

Chavan was recently elected to the 16th Lok Sabha from Nanded. If the former Maharashtra CM is disqualified by the EC, it may have an impact on his Lok Sabha membership also.

Digamber Bapuji Patil (born 1 February 1952) was a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represented Nanded constituency of Maharashtra and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) political party. He unsuccessfully contested from Nanded in 2014 General elections against Ashok Chavan of Congress.

  1. Ashok Chavan................ 493,075
  2. D. B. Patil....................... 411,620
We, the people of India need to thank Ashok Chavan; let Ashok Chavan be the model for the future generation.

Ashok Chavan challenged and the Representation of People Act and highlighted its defects. We need to thank Ashok Chavan for risking his political career; and improving the quality of Indian democracy.

Disqualification is just one part of the solution; still there is an other part remains unanswered.

Who will then represent the Nanded constituency in the parliament?

Are we going to have another fresh election?

It is going to cost more tax-money of the hard-working Indian citizens.

So, let us not have a re-election.

Let us make the second person in the list as the new representative of Nanded constituency.

In that way, we save the tax-money.

This will make the people also more responsible in electing their representative. In that way, people with moral character will go to the parliament and will work for the nation.

Modi vs. Ladies

In 2008, it was between Obama & Hillary.
Once the election is over, Obama is the President of United States for the next 8 years.

Hillary has to wait till 2016. But not in India.

In India, anyone could challenge the Prime Minister at any time.
You don't need to wait for ten years.

Somehow, Narendra Modi handled all the challenges from men.
Narendra Modi has ignored the challenges from ladies.

Challenges are live and real.
When you follow somebody, you will continue to follow that person.
By following somebody, you could never become a leader.

All men follow Narendra Modi in Twitter, Facebook and so on.

Only ladies refuse to follow Narendra Modi.

Both opportunities and challenges are always new.

Narendra Modi assumes that he has tightened all the loose ends.

But they always miss something.

On a high priority, fix the constitution.
Guarantee a minimum of five years stability for the Prime Minister.
It is a big hole; without fixing it, nobody could perform.

Indian Rupee as Global Currency

In United States, the important event is, State of the Union address by the President. Presenting a budget may be a usual affair; no body pays any attention to it.

But in India, somehow, we have glorified the Budget. This year, there were lot of great expectations; but happened to be usual one.

To play a new game, you need to change the entire chess coins.

Just by changing the king, you cannot expect a whole transformation in the system.

Narendra Modi tries to innovate in the government system. But his cabinet ministers try to teach Narendra Modi about the Delhi business.

This budget appears a better version of the previous government budgets; but nothing innovation about it. In fact, it is Arun Jetley's budget; not Narendra Modi.

Had it been Narendra Modi's; it would have been a new experiment.

Euro Dollar is a new experiment; it is an innovation; it has challenges; and also opportunities.

Presenting a budget; it is a job of a clerk in a grocery shop.

Political leaders in high office,  should present innovation.

John F. Kennedy: we want to send man to the moon and bring him back to earth safely. That is vision.

Vision has no details; most of the time, it may sound stupid too.

When John F. Kennedy said; that time USA had no technical skills about space technology; no money; but still Kennedy did make that historical statement.

That's leadership.

Narendra Modi said, our space program is much cheaper than the Movie Gravity.  That is what Narayana Murthy and his team has been doing it all these years.

Much much younger than Nandan Nilegani; much much later they came into the industry; in fact, when Infosys stocks going up, these Google guys were doing their masters in Stanford.

Even now, India tries to attract foreign companies for cheap labor. Comparing our space program to Movie Gravity is a Salesman job.

Singapore attracts foreign investment; not focusing on any thing cheap over there. They project their strength and attracts foreign investment.

When they rescue nurses from Iraq; if you observe; there is a wonderful opportunity.

Indian Rupees could become a global currency; not with economical strength; but with political strength.

In fact, it is an innovative opportunity for both; India as well as Pakistan.

Those islamic soldiers told those nurses; you could continue to work in Iraq; with new contract. Let us sign a new contract with Dinar; not with US Dollar. But the nurses said; no, we want USD only.

So, for political reasons, these Islamic states have developed dislike towards US Dollar.

That is a challenge; that is an innovative opportunity for both Pakistan and India.

These middle-east countries may prefer Indian Rupee as global currency to USD and Euro.

These nurses may agree for a contract on Indian Rupee; in that case, those Islamic governments may accept Indian Rupee as a global currency.

In fact, Pakistan has an wonderful opportunity to become a global currency for the middle-east regions.

You don't need to be economically strong; you can become a globally acceptable by your character.

Fortunately, India maintains very good character in the global space.

One reason may be that gujarati. Not these new gujaraties; the old gujarati, Karamchand Mohandas.

Even today, America and British send their youth to Iraq and Afganistan for hardware work.
Indian youth go to America, Europe for software work.

So, by character, Indian as well as Pakistan rupee could emerge as an acceptable currency in those, new, emerging United States of Islam.

मा means Measure

Ancient Indian culture is all about going beyond measurement. Ancient Western culture is all about measurement. Now, the whole human culture is all about measurement.

காசு, பணம், துட்டு, Money, Money.

Budget - live television; live web streaming; live discussion in television; live score about stock prices.

The very first book Peter Drucker wrote was End of Economic Man.

Even now, these economics men are still popular in most of the developed and emerging countries.

These economists are like those sports commentators. They sit in a very comfortable room; well dressed; keep making wonderful, excellent comments on the performances of the players.

The players on the ground running across the field; sweat; spit; dirty clothes; try to get the ball and score a goal. Most of the time, these players miss wonderful opportunities; failed many times; but keep coming back to the field.

We enjoy listening to those sports commentators. Some time they make a running commentary like; Messi should have taken the ball and pass it to the center forward; he could have easily made a goal.

We enjoy listening to these commentary; but never; not even in imagination; we don't try to replace those players; we never ask those players quit the game and let these sports commentators get into the filed and play the game.

Players are players; sports commentators are just commentators.

So, these economists are like those sports commentators. They cannot create wealth.

Innovators; innovators turn economy  upside down.

Why do we pay so much attention to these budget speeches on the parliament.

When did we start this habit? after independence?

Perhaps this is how they run the country in London; so, we started copying them.

Before independence, Mogul empires were running the government? Did they also announce the budget like this?

Before that, Ashoka, Pandya and so many kings managed the government; how did they do?

Why do we need stock market information on real time, during the budget speech?

Could anyone make wonders in stock market in those few hours?
Why this much crazy?

Instant fulfillment of desire.

Just like, instant coffee; fast food; we need instant wealth.

Wealth also, nowadays means Money; economical wealth.

In ancient times, material, health, children, education - all were considered as wealth.

Wealth in India, is all beyond measurement.
All these economists measurement have no relevance for indian condition.
Cash in yellow bags; it is all Lakshmi.

In a very simple language, this budget is all about;
No Return on Investment.

This investment is all about मा
You cannot measure it, by return on investment.

Ganga Cleaning - no return; it is a worship.

Military - no return; but we need to invest on the safety of our soldiers.

AIIMS, IIT, IIM - no return. At the maximum, our youth will learn and repay the educational loan. They may go abroad and develop that nation; earn in USD and pay taxes for that country.

Sardar Patel - no return.

Woman safety - no return.

So, something is fundamentally wrong. How do we run our family; our business.

The family members discuss first; and then take a decision. For example, about a marriage or planning a vacation and so on.

In business also; for instance, Cho Ramasamy, first discuss with his managers about going online for his publications and announce the decision.

But here in our government, we announce the decision first and try to have a discussion on that.

As Mamata said; Government for FDI; by FDI; of FDI.

In Karamchand period, there were no FDI; had it been available, Mohandas could have handed over the freedom struggle to FDI.

In fact, Subash Chandra Bose did it. Netaji Bose, handed over the freedom struggle to Adolf Hitler.

Bharat Mata ki jay; at that time, Adolf Hitler was facing his defeat in Russia.

Had things been happened as planned, we could have now become the citizens of German Empire and learned German in addition to English.

Jayalalitha; என் வழி, தனி வழி
Jayalalitha learns from all around the world.
But, when it comes for execution, Jayalalitha has unique way of innovation.

It would have been much easier for Jayalalitha to make all Amma Food Canteen as an FDI.
But, Jayalalitha invest on local people;
teach them about cleanliness; quality food preparation process.

So, if you are looking for return on investment; no return.
If you go beyond measurement, it is a good investment.

So, in economists perspective, this budget may take Indian economy deep into recession; depression; and so on.

But in  whole perspective, it is a good investment.

So, Prime Minister of India is working very hard.
All cabinet ministers are also working.
Government officials are also started working.
Except, only one section, everything starts working.

That one section is, people of India.

People of India have to start working; earn good salary; spend them; then everything will be good.

But people of India, just looking at the stock price and looking for safe investment.

They don't want to invest on them; they don't want to learn anything new;
they don't want to venture anything new;
they just looking for safe job; safe investment; no risk.

It is so sad; nowadays people need to be motivated.
Without motivation, people of India don't want to do anything.

Who could motivate people of India.

That is the crisis. Leadership is the crisis.
Not only in India; all over the world.

Five decades ago, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, Winston Churchil and Adolf Hitler were there.
But, now none.

So, people, all over the world;
no hard work; no risk; not ashamed to receive unemployment benefits from government;

Less salary; less tax; government invest on no return.
Then how do you expect the economy to go boom.
So, there is no boom; and there will be no burst too.
Just continue to stay at the bottom.

FDI in Indian Railways

  • My congratulations to our brilliant space scientists for yet another successful launch of the polar satellite.
  • Even today's satellites are from developed nations. Truly, this is a global endorsement of our space capability.
  • This is a domain where we are the international cutting edge. We have achieved excellent and cut beyond mediocrity.
  • This fills every Indian's heart with pride and I can see the joy and satisfaction on your faces. Feel privileged to watch this in person
  • We are proud that our programme is indigenous. Generations of scientists have worked to make India a self-reliant space power
  • Our space journey has come a long way from the humble beginnings
  • Our Mars Mission Cheaper Than The Movie Gravity
  • I congratulate the scientists. This Sadhna you have done in the lab has the power to change the lives of millions of people
  • Such technology is fundamentally connected with the common man. As a change agent, it can empower and connect, to transform his life

    • For space vehicle, we have developed indigenous technology with our investment.
    • For railways, we depend on 100 percent Foreign Direct Investment.
    • We have ambition; but no capital for Desi Direct Investment.
    • Our Desi brothers and sisters investing their savings in Swiss bank
    • Our Desi brothers and sisters investing their skills in Google, Cisco & Facebook.
    • Google, Twitter & Facebook - all have already invested 100 percent direct.
    • Our space programme is cheaper than Movie Gravity.
    • But our railways are costlier than total production of Hollywood.
    • What about the ticket prices?
    • Those Foreign companies fix the price or still the Railway minister?
    • What about the job security for our railway employees.
    • Soon, just like our IT professionals our train drivers also complain about mental stress.
    • Ambitions are high;
    • Capital is low;
    • Beg, borrow and steal and launch high-fancy, high-speed trains.
    • Next generation will carry the debt burden.
    • More chaos and confusion; all at full speed.

    Struggle continues...

The Congress was founded by Indian and British members of the Theosophical Society movement, most notably A.O. Hume. It has been suggested that the idea was originally conceived in a private meeting of seventeen men after a Theosophical Convention held at Madras in December 1884. Hume took the initiative, and it was in March 1885 that the first notice was issued convening the first Indian National Union to meet at Poona the following December.

Within a few years, the demands of the INC became more radical in the face of constant opposition from the government, and the party decided to advocate in favour of the independence movement, as it would allow for a new political system in which they could be a majorly dominant party.

By 1907 the party was split into two-halves—the Garam dal (literally "hot faction") of Bal Gangadhar Tilak, or Extremists, and the Naram Dal (literally "soft faction") of Gopal Krishna Gokhale, or Moderates—distinguished by their attitude towards the British colonists. Under the influence of Tilak, the Congress became the first organised independence group in the country, bringing together millions of people against the British.

The 1929 Lahore session under the presidency of Jawaharlal Nehru holds special significance as in this session "Purna Swaraj" (complete independence) was declared as the goal of the INC.

26 January 1930 was declared as "Purna Swaraj Diwas", Independence Day, although the British would remain in India for 17 more years. To commemorate this date the Constitution of India was formally adopted on 26 January 1950, even though it had been passed on 26 November 1949.

However, in 1929, Srinivas Iyenger was expelled from the Congress for demanding full independence, not just home rule as demanded by Gandhi.

After the First World War the party became associated with Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, who remained its unofficial, spiritual leader and mass icon even as younger men and women became party president. The party was in many ways an umbrella organisation, sheltering within itself radical socialists, traditionalists and even Hindu and Muslim conservatives, but all the socialist groupings (including the Congress Socialist Party, Krishak Praja Party, and Swarajya Party members) were expelled by Gandhi along with Subhas Chandra Bose in 1939.
    ____________________________________________________________

This generation may wonder; why did they have a session in Lahore; where is the river Sind. This generation have no idea about the rich history of India.

Winston Churchill learnt about the British political science, during his stay in Bangalore. Winston Churchill took a train from Bangalore to Peshawar; it took four days to travel that distance.

So, Indian National Congress have always been struggling. Earlier they struggled for the freedom of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Ceylon & Burma. Now, they are struggling for the post of Leader of Opposition.

Do you want the post of Leader of Opposition only for this term? or permanently?

Who did deny you the post of Leader of Opposition?

    It's not Narendra Modi.

It's not the Speaker of Lok Sabha.

    It's the people of India.
They denied you the Leader of Opposition post.
    Go and ask them.

Why do we need a Leader of Opposition?

What is the role and responsibility of the Leader of Opposition?

    What do they oppose?

What was the contribution of those previous Leader of Opposition to the country?

It's time to get rid of all those dummy positions; they have been burden to the democracy.

    ________________________________________________
Narendra Modi tries to project new, innovative way of governance.
But, others in BJP doesn't understand all these new things.

They still consider themselves as a replacement for Congress.
They continue to compare themselves with Congress.

If they continue the usual way of doing politics, then they will reach the place of Congress.

In that case, it is better for them to give away the post of Leader of Opposition to Congress.
Then in future, Congress may reciprocate it and give BJP the Leader of Opposition post.
    __________________________________________________

It needs a lot of courage to deny the Leader of Opposition post to Congress.
In fact, Intel encourages competition from AMD.
Intel needs AMD for its survival.
When there is no competition; no work for its workers.

So, BJP needs Congress; Congress needs BJP.
Then only, Subramaniam Swamy and Sashi Tharoor could survive.

What is the reason behind Subramaniam Swamy's effort to go after Sashi Tharoor?
Will Subramaniam Swamy continue with same enthusiasm, had Sashi Tharoor not been in active politics? So, all the effort is it for justice; or for politics?

So, everyone has a hidden agenda. V.K. Singh agenda is to eliminate the Army Chief.

Very few, work for the interest of the nation.
    ____________________________________________________
BJP understands Congress; Congress understands BJP.
So, known is safe; secure and convenient.

    Unknown is innovation.
    Unknown is unpredictable too.

If BJP eliminates Congress; then BJP needs to face the challenges of regional leaders from various directions.

So, it is safe for BJP to keep Congress alive for a while. So, give away the post of Leader of Opposition.

Towards the last chapters of Indian National Congress, from freedom struggle to the struggle for the post of Leader of Opposition.

By their traditional non-violence way, Congress fought for their rights and got the post of Leader of Opposition from the Imperial British; oh, sorry; from the BJP.

    Effective Governance

It is very interesting to observe Narendra Modi's innovation. Just observe; don't analyse. Observe the living things; only dead things used to be analyzed; not the living thing. Democracy is a living thing; so, just observe it.

Narendra Modi wants to get rid of these unnecessary posts of the President and Governors. This may the first step in reducing the numbers of Governor. Innovation is, make a Governor responsible for two or three neighboring states.

In fact, that is a wonderful idea. Have a political head to bring the neighboring states closer and united.

In reality, only neighboring states get into conflict. Tamilnadu has no conflict with Punjab or Maharashtra. But, Tamilnadu has conflict with neighboring states like Karnataka, Kerala & Andhra. So, make Rosaiyaah as the Governor of Tamilnadu & Karanataka.

Now, as a head of both states, it is the responsibility of Rosaiyaah to resolve the conflict about sharing of Kaveri river resources. In that way, the post of Governor is no longer a dummy one; but an effective one.

When Rossiyaah was in Delhi, the Governor met with the Prime Minister & Home Minister; but didn't meet with Sonia. So, Rossiyaaah has got his freedom from his masters and now serving the nation effectively. Governor Rossiyaah could get a place in history, if he could resolve the Kaveri issue.

    _______________________________________________

Didi has reason to be angry with the media. Media is blowing Tapas Pal issue out of proportion. That was long long ago; when Anna Durai asked his party workers to do some thing; they will execute it without any hesitation; but not anymore.

Let it be a good thing; or a bad thing; party workers do not carry out the orders of their leaders. For everything, they ask for money. You pay money, they will execute it. There are no volunteers in any political organization. So, people will just enjoy Tapas Pal cinematic way of speech; nobody takes it seriously; it is just entertainment.

But it is so sad; media just ignore the wonderful speech of a Bengali MP on the floor of the parliament. In fact, Sonia walked to that MP and appreciated that person. Media should highlight the good thing that has been happening in Indian politics. Media should have published the full text of the speech of that Bengali MP.

One good thing is, media is not using the word, MP & MLA; instead they use the words such as; parliamentarian, policy makers; law-makers. Tapas Pal may be from Bengal; but Tapas Pal is responsible for the whole India in making laws. So, we need high moral character in politics.

    Hema Malini As Durga

It is okay for anyone to come from any profession and become a MP. But, once you became a MP, then you need to spend your full time and energy for the welfare of the citizens of the nation.

If you cannot invest your fulltime, then quit. Quit MP and continue with your performance. Let someone else get an opportunity to serve the people.

In fact, it is a very sad affair.  40 plus MPs have become ministers and have greater executive responsibilites. Rest of the 500 plus, just carry on with their profession for their self development. Then who could address the issues of common people.

Sushma represents Vidisha constituency in Madhya Pradesh. During the election campaign, media showed a video about the sufferings of those people. Basic drinking water is not available.

India has so many problems; we cannot keep our parliament most of the time closed. We need to have the parliament open on all days. Our parliamentarian has to work 24x7 all around the year. Our parliamentarian cannot pursue their  dance profession. If they want, then it is better let them quit. Let the second winner represent the people of that constituency.
