The current constitution has so many bugs. People have been trying to apply some quick patch and continue to run the old constitution. Now, it has reached the point; no more patch could save democracy in India.
It is the age of Twitter & Facebook. But, still we have SYMBOL on our Electronic Voting Machine.
In United States, people could read the candidate name and cast their vote. Barack Obama has no symbol.
Do we still have uneducated people in India? in the capital city New Delhi?
It's okay to have uneducated in remote villages; but New Delhi.
The moment, symbols are abolished from Electronic Voting Machine; political parties have to shut down their shop.
Political parties strength is not on their policy; not on their leadership.
Political parties entire strength is on their brand; election symbol. They continue to invest so much on this highly volatile brand symbol.
Party members will not go to party office and seek for a ticket. They contest on their local strength.

What went wrong with Delhi election and government formation?
No political parties are in a position to form the government in Delhi. That is the problem.
Look at the problem statement carefully.
So, we are now going for a fresh election.
We assume that the fresh election would resolve this crisis.
But, the fact is, fresh election is a gamble.
It may or may not solve the current crisis.
By going with this kind of quick fix, are we standing as a model for the future generation.
In future, after 50 years, if they face the same situation, what will they have to do.
Fresh election. Would our future generation call this as the stupid solution.
Without understanding the problem, we close our eyes and gambling with tax money.

Simple and straight forward solution to this problem is: let people directly elect the CM.

That is not going to happen now; so let us be creative and continue with entertainment in politics.
Right now, we have three political parties in Delhi election.
Instead of having one round of election; we could have multiple rounds.
First phase result may be:
- AAP --------------29
- Congress----------10
- BJP----------------31
We will go for elimination. The least one will be eliminated.
Then, let us have second phase; the result may be:
- AAP--------------35
- BJP----------------35
We may explore many options from Football or Cricket game.
The governor may toss a coin and declare the winner.
Or we may go for one more round.
Just like in Football, extra 15 minutes time and finally the sudden death.

This is the pattern we follow almost everywhere; at home; at work; at hospital.
Our doctors, who have educated in our universities, they adopt the same approach.
Without understanding the disease, they start the treatment. At the end, the doctors would say; we tried hard; but all our efforts have gone waste.
So, define the problem in a simple sentence. If you cannot say it in simple sentence, then you don't understand the problem. All your treatments would go waste, then.
