In search of excellence; there is no need for searching.

It is available in plenty for free.

A few decades ago, you may need to pay a huge amount to access these services; they might have charged you on a hourly rate; but, now, it is available for free; and easy access too.

Forget about complex scientific formula; chefs didn't share their recipe with others. Every thing was secret; intentionally, the so called educated used to make things complicated; and the common man was always in a state of confusion.

More than confusion, the common man used to have some kind of fear about books and other materials; and stay away from the so called intellectuals.

Not anymore. Plenty of wonderful individuals; great character; wise human beings; with clear vision; wisdom; no confusion at all. These individuals dedicate their time and energy for the other human beings.

You cannot address them as, 'they' They remain to be individual; they don't form a group; they don't join in a group; they remain as an individual, without losing their nature and character.

So, you can address them as, 'these individuals'

These individuals already have had everything; they have wealth; they have had enough sex; they do enjoy food; enjoy music, sports and other cultural activities.

Once they had been longing for recognition; award; certificate; fame; and reputation. Then they cross that bridge; now they don't do anything for any reward. Reward and punishment doesn't affect their actions.

Not one or two; plenty of these individuals are now available. Most of them are free human beings; may be single; no family commitment; so, no worries or ambitions.

These individuals are available; but you cannot take them for granted. You don't expect them to join in your group or party. They don't expect anything in return for their time & energy.

If you have a genuine objective; you could count on these huge population of individuals. Once they see the truth in your character and in your objective, they offer you unconditional energy and human power.

These individuals have built many open source software systems; the whole technology and scientific development. Open source software is of greater quality than the paid one. So, have no doubt about their commitment and the quality of their service. The best of the best.

Not only engineers; doctors are available; management experts are available. These individuals cover the whole spectrum from education to politics.

These individuals don't carry any divisive labels in the name of nationality; or by religion; or by color; no divisive labels.

These individuals may introduce themselves as, "I am a human being from planet earth."

These individuals have access to all platforms such as, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Linked In and so on.

These individuals are efective in execution as well as in communication.

Barack Obama did tap this human energy; then Anna Hazare had this energy; then Narendra Modi got this energy.

These individuals energy is not a static one; it is a movement; just like that water flows in the river; waves in the ocean; the breeze to a cyclone.

These individual energy is not like your car or a bus. Your car or bus could take you to some known destination. You could rent or own that car. If you don't like the car, you could sell it. The car is your property.

Your party workers or your group members are your property. These individuals are like those river; ocean; wind; you cannot own them. They may take you to greater heights or may pull down too.

You cannot drive or command them. Once they see the truth in you, they would take you to that high position. When they see the false in you, they just withdraw their energy. Your battery would then slowly go down.
