Kejriwal resigned in 1992 from Tata Steel.

Arvind Kejriwal joined the IRS in 1995 after qualifying through the Civil Services Examination. In 2000, he was granted two years' paid leave to pursue higher education on condition that upon resuming his work he would not resign from the Service for at least three years.

He rejoined in 2003 and worked for 18 months before taking unpaid leave for 18 months.
In February 2006, he resigned from his position as a Joint Commissioner of Income Tax in New Delhi.

Too young to take up a big challenge of a nation.

There is no need for any hurry. Still, he has a long life; he could do good service to the nation.

So far, Arvind Kejriwal life has been chaos and confusion.

Arvind Kejriwal needs to learn a lot about so many things.

At this stage, Arvind could just dissolve his political party and spend this young life with his family.

Noway, you could train Arvind Kejriwal in 30 days and make him as a national leader.
Arvind needs to learn a lot.

What is the current focus of Team Arvind.
They want the Delhi Assembly be dissolved and have a fresh election.

What is the reason for this demand?

The only reason is, somehow, Arvind Kejriwal has to become the Chief Minister.
If that is not the reason, then they won't demand for dissolution of the Delhi Assembly.
They could serve the people of Delhi as MLA.

When they had nothing, they were fighting for the common people.
Now they have the authority of the Legislative Branch.
They should make the best use of available resources.
As a MLA, you could do a lot of things for the people.

Take advantage of the current situation.
Show the people of your skills of a MLA.
Let people of Delhi and India, see your performances in the Assembly.
When there is an election, people would come forward and give you more support.

People wants to see your performance.
So, go to the Delhi Assembly and perform as a MLA.

Just for making one person as a Chief Minister, why should all have to suffer?

Governor of Delhi has been working effectively.
Now, MLA need to balance the power.
Clear separation of power between Executive and Legislative.
Collective Legislative could balance the power of the Executive.

So, ask the Supreme Court to let you function as MLA in the Delhi Assembly.
Then, nobody would think that you are getting paid without any work.
In fact, you are being paid from the tax money collected from people working in Madurai.
Why should rest of the country have to be burdened with your salary.

Arvind is too young; other team members also don't seem to be learning anything from their experiments. AAP is going through the phase of Anna Hazare.

Soon, all AAP MLA would become independent.
BJP would be reluctant to buy the support of AAP MLA to form the government.
There will be no immediate election.
So, status quo may continue.
